For 27 years I have been a progressive priest of the church. I am passionate about growing the church through excellence in preaching, liturgy and music. I believe that -- as the US presiding Bishop says -- ”If it’s not about love, its not about God.” I have always worked to develop inclusive communities where all are important and valued.

In the list of things Jesus did not call us to do and be, at the top of the list is "I want you to go and build lots of big impressive buildings and then knock yourself dead to maintain them. What he did say is, "Go be my witnesses!'
